Lauren, Hailey, and I went to the Nutcracker at VT. Sooo beatiful!
The boys opened their Lego advent calendars:
beautiful sunset out on our driveway:
I am amazed at how long the boys can be entertained on a broom! It’s their bus.
We were so proud of Logan for his author’s celebration. He wrote a story in class about being a shepherd in our ward Christmas play. We hadn’t heard it yet, and he proudly got up and said, “Christmas isn’t about presents and Santa. It’s about baby Jesus being born.” He got thunderous applause at the end!
with his favorite teacher, Mrs. Orndorff:
Basketball!
go Logan!
our sweet Spenc sleeping.
Lauren’s class went to Natural Bridge for a field trip:
Her first band concert with her best friend, Anna Jenkins:
we had a scary afternoon. There was a gunman on VA Tech campus, so the school went on complete lockdown. We couldn’t pick up the kids until they were sure the shooter was dead.
Lauren Dorothy cut all of her hair off for Pantene Beautiful Lengths!
Uhhhh….we forgot an after picture though. Look in January :)
Between Christmas and New Years, we went up to Washington D.C. to go to the temple and see the beautiful lights and displays. Ben & Kaylyn Cummings watched our kids at their house in DC, then brought them on the metro to meet us on the temple grounds.
