april miscellaneous...

I'm home with Landon from church today~he's not feeling well (no, it's not the swine flu!!), so I'm taking the opportunity of a gloriously quiet house to do a little bit of catching up: here we go, lots of posts coming!
We had a yard sale with my friends, Bliss and Susan. Bliss is the Primary President I serve in the ward with, and Landon loves her:
Spence helped out with the stickers:
We had a ward talent show and the bishopric did the cutest song they made up: "Part of your Ward." They sang it to the tune of "Part of Your World" from the Little Mermaid and did awesome. The wives tried to convince them to put on coconut bras on top of their shirts and mermaid tails, but they weren't interested. They were the hit of the night though!
Rich Hardy, Hyrum, Bishop McCauley

We had our first tornado scare (picture doesn't show much, but I had to take a picture of something) It was actually kind of cool. Part of me (the if I was single and had no kids part) really wanted to drive outside of town where they were and watch them with the stormchasers. Why didn't I take a picture of the hail? It did some major damage to cars~the biggest we got at our house was between the size of a quarter and a golf ball.

We were having tacos one night and Spencer took it up on himself to load up on the taco meat and nothing else. He's such a funny kid. Isn't here something we believe about "eat meat sparingly??"

Very cute pictures! I love Spencer's "taco", that's awesome. I love all the updates, you and your kids all look so good, and Hyrum, too! :) I can't wait to see you and little Landon - hope he gets feeling better.

How are you doing? It seems like it has been forever. Are you surviving with 5? I'm a bit scared to take that jump--give me a while. Your kids are looking so grown up. Brynn and Bailey found a pic with Lauren and Hailey--they were all so little. Hope everything is going well.
