Texas Tech has a National Ranching Heritage Center that had a Christmas celebration Saturday night. Everything there is set from Texas ranching life in the late 1800's. It was fun, but very cold. The kids' favorite part was Santa, cotton candy and kettle corn and mine was seeing all the wreaths on the longhorns :)
